Now that users can snap a picture of checks to cash them the T-Mobile money card is like a bank finally. Before, I had a refund check from the DWP and went to the T-Mobile store to cash it, and the clerks looked at me like I had lost my mind! They said "Oh no, hunny, you cant be cashing no checks here, you got it altogether wrong! Now you march yourself and that check of yours right out that door!" I had to go to a check cashing outfit and they charged me a lot of money! So now its complete, I can cash my DWP deposit refund checks whenever I like, right from my phone! Thanks T-Mobile! Youre the best!

Best debit card ever!

Great for families with kids to give allowances, transfer money as needed etc. We will use ours when traveling since it’s in network ATMs are numerous. Also we can deposit checks to this from our phone for no fees! T-Mobile is the BEST!!

Ive been with T-Mobile for over 4 years and theyve been keeping me happy and now they have this. T-Mobile is the best carrier... Hands down.

Let me start out by saying I am reviewing the app, not the card or program (which is great). The app, for me, has several bugs. It displays my wrong zip code, even though customer service assures me the correct one is on file. I cant deposit checks. At first couldnt get past the loading screen when selecting the mobile check deposit button. After removing and reinstalling the app, I can get almost all the way through, to where I get a confirmation, but right after that I get an error message saying the deposit really didnt go through. Calls to customer service resulted in something to the effect of "Thanks for the feedback, well forward it on to our tech support team." This app needs a quick update to fix these bugs, and while theyre at it, they should add an option to stay signed in so I dont need to log in each time I try to use it.

Since its prepaid, they can only use their money and not put all their iTunes purchases on your phone bill. No more $3.99 purchases all over my bills!

Have been waiting over a week for my money to show up after depositing a check via the app. Called the card customer service reps and was told the routing number and account on the back of the cashed check did not belong to them. Not even T-mobile knew who the check cashers were. The bank was not one of theirs. Still waiting for answers. Will never ever use this app again. (Seriously, wheres my money?)

First off you cannot do electronic transfers except when you have more than one card. Stupid. Second Ive been trying to use this app all day to do check deposit and the app will not load!! Not worth the hassle. I am disappointed because I was really wanting to use this card.

Mobile check deposit wont load have been trying for 3 weeks now.

I was expecting more from this. Unfortunately I have been unable to log in. Then once I reset my password my account was locked. Waited 24 hours and the app always says loading but never logs me in. Ill stay with my bank until T-mobile gets it together.

The app does not appear professional. It has typographical errors in numerous places.

When I click deposit check it loads then says working then it says loading and its not giving me where I type the amount and take a picture of my check. Its been weeks since its doing that.

Cant load the card via the check function. Highly sketchy!!!!

1. Wish it would remember my login info so I dont have to type in my email and password every single time. 2. Wish this app was available in Windows App Store.

The mobile check deposit does not work. This app does not remember any login info, so you need to put in your email/password every time. Pretty much the only thing this app is good for is checking your balance. App NEEDS much improvement before id recamend it.
