Mobile check deposit does not work and wont remember your login info. The only thing this app is good for is checking your balance and recent activities.

Pros- works great to manage your finances with t-mobile you dont have to worry about fees and $0.00 in card fees. The app allows you to pay bills, send money to friends, store multiple cards and swipe left and right to switch cards. Transfer money mp to cards and have nicknames for each card too. Can send you a text message alert daily or weekly. Direct deposit faster than my bank account!!!! Cons- the app; You have to log into your account each time you want to check your account. NEEDS FINGERPRINT RECOGNITION SECURITY!!! Adding money to the Account is limited and going to T-mobile store can take over 15min to load a few bucks. There is no APPLE PAY FUNCTIONALITY !!! Loading money by check with the camera takes 10 DAYS!!! Or... Pay 5 dollars to get it right away! I seriously hope T-MOBILE GETS ON THE BALL WITH APPLE PAY AND ALL OF THE FEATURES DESCRIBED ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app is helpful to keep up to date with balance and charges. But it needs a major update asap. The options are limitless. Start with a Remember user ability. Also push notifications would be great. I have direct deposit and would love to know when its deposited.

This app has been a true blessing. The money system and easiness of using t-mobile as my bank has been nothing short of an outstanding experience. All bills have been able to be paid and I am very happy with the ease of reloading my card at t-mobile stores. Took a while to get set up properly to log in but customer service was excellent.

I been waiting over a month to Get the $20 they baited me in to get this card and every time I call its these people who barley speak English making up excuses about why my money isnt there new lies every time I call I dont suggest you get with then very sketchy

Thankful you must log in each time , because when i lose this phone , or it is out of my eyesight … one less headache

I just love my Tmobile Mobile Money. It gives me a sense of security and peace of mind knowing that my money is safe and secure. No more worrying about check cashing fees, or over drafting my checking account, Tmobile Money Mobile has exactly what I need to manage my money. Thanks Tmobile!!

Even with the new update the mobile check deposit still will Not work. I do not understand why this issue has not been fixed.

Love the convenience. Wish it used Touch ID. Also, wish it was Apple Pay compatible!

After 4 calls to customer service, they still had no idea why Mobile Check Deposit doesnt work! Decided to use Bluebird from American Express instead!

It worked last week. Now it just stopped. Whats up?? I have this only because it makes my life easier to deposit checks !! Fix this!

Cant deposit checks. It says I need to download the latest version of "the application." Theres no other versions available. I dont have a clue what it wants.

So the app doesnt remember the password so its very difficult to use regularly. Also really wish the T-Mobile Visa would support Apple Pay.

This app keeps crashing out on me every time I try to sign up for card...lame.

TMobile Visa stopped answering their phone number printed on the back of the Visa card. This is also the same number given on this app to call for help.

As loyal T-Mobile, I was offered a prepaid debit card without fees. Yet, I was charged monthly service fees of $5.00 per month. Also, this app fails to register my debit card. The system failed. I lost my cash. Where is the trust?

The worst app to have! The worst prepaid debit Visa card dont even try to get one.
