App Stole My Money

Have been waiting over a week for my money to show up after depositing a check via the app. Called the card customer service reps and was told the routing number and account on the back of the cashed check did not belong to them. Not even T-mobile knew who the check cashers were. The bank was not one of theirs. Still waiting for answers. Will never ever use this app again. (Seriously, wheres my money?)
