Let me start out by saying I am reviewing the app, not the card or program (which is great).
The app, for me, has several bugs. It displays my wrong zip code, even though customer service assures me the correct one is on file.
I cant deposit checks. At first couldnt get past the loading screen when selecting the mobile check deposit button. After removing and reinstalling the app, I can get almost all the way through, to where I get a confirmation, but right after that I get an error message saying the deposit really didnt go through. Calls to customer service resulted in something to the effect of "Thanks for the feedback, well forward it on to our tech support team."
This app needs a quick update to fix these bugs, and while theyre at it, they should add an option to stay signed in so I dont need to log in each time I try to use it.
